All About Me
Dawn - edging ever closer to 30, although I still feel like I'm 21. :) I'm married to a youth pastor ('Big G'), and have THREE wonderful kids: a five year-old son ('Little G'), a just turned two year-old daughter ('A'), and our newest little girl blessing, Baby R, was born May 28/07!! They keep me hopping as I juggle them, my WAH part-time job as an accountant, being a pastor's wife, and of course hobbies like quilting, scrapbooking, and blogging!

5 going on 25??
I'm starting to get the feeling it won't be too long before Little G will be outsmarting us in so many ways...

I was sitting on the floor yesterday when Little G ran over to tell me something and dropped right onto my lap with his bony sharp knees. After recovering from the pain ;) I explained to him that he must not jump on people with his knees like that because his sharp knees were digging right into my leg bone.

He raised his eyebrows at me. "You mean your femur?"

Yikes...I could have written this post. My 5-year-old scares me constantly. I am university-educated and feel like I am being out-smarted by him all the time!

My hubby had to go out of town for business and ended up driving home through the night. He got home at 8am and went straight to bed. Dylan said to me, "Mom, I guess Dad must be nocturnal." Hmmm...I guess so, honey.
